What is included in the equipment price?

All equipment and supply prices listed on our website are FOB Orlando, Florida. Shipping, delivery, installation, training, and applicable travel expenses are not included in the listed price unless specifically stated otherwise. Installation and training requirements vary by equipment. Please contact Xtek Digital before ordering if you have questions about shipping, installation, or training costs.
What technical support does Xtek Digital provide?

We provide free remote technical support by phone and online for operation guidance, troubleshooting, and technical questions. If on-site service is required after the warranty period, technician labor is $125 per hour, plus travel expenses, replacement parts, and applicable shipping costs.
Does my equipment include installation and training?

Installation and training requirements depend on the equipment. Some machines can be installed and supported remotely, while others require professional on-site installation and training. Installation, training, shipping, and technician travel charges are additional to the equipment price when applicable.
What is covered under the Xtek Digital warranty?

Our equipment includes a limited 1-year warranty from the installation date. Labor and covered parts are included for the first 90 days. After the first 90 days, covered parts are provided through the remainder of the first year. Printheads are not covered once they have been installed, tested, and confirmed to be functioning properly. Inks, consumables, and normal-wear items are also excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is subject to applicable installation and training requirements.
What happens if my machine needs on-site service after the warranty expires?

After the warranty expires, phone and online technical support remain free. If on-site service is required, technician labor is $125 per hour, plus travel expenses, replacement parts, and applicable shipping costs. We will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely whenever practical before scheduling an on-site service visit.
