Equipment Purchase Information
Equipment price is FOB Orlando, Florida. Shipping, installation, and training charges are additional.
Depending on the equipment and customer location, installation and training may be provided remotely or onsite. If onsite installation and training are required for this equipment, declining the required service will void the equipment warranty.
Warranty
The equipment includes parts and labor coverage for the first 90 days from the installation date. After the first 90 days through one full year, the warranty covers parts only.
Printheads, inks, consumables, and normal wear items are excluded from warranty coverage.
If installation and training were purchased and a covered problem occurs during the first 90 days that cannot be resolved remotely, Xtek Digital will provide onsite technical service at Xtek Digital's expense.
