Installation and training requirements vary by equipment. Certain equipment may be installed and training provided remotely, while other equipment requires onsite professional installation and training.
Warranty & Technical Support
Warranty begins from the installation date.
- First 90 days: Parts and labor warranty
- After the first 90 days through one full year: Parts-only warranty
- Printheads, inks, consumables, and other normal wear/consumable items are excluded from warranty coverage.
For equipment requiring onsite installation and training, warranty coverage requires the customer to purchase and complete the required installation and training.
When the customer has purchased the required installation and training, if a covered warranty problem occurs during the first 90 days and cannot be resolved remotely, Xtek Digital will provide onsite technical service at Xtek Digital's expense.
